The Wells Community Center is
available to rent for your:

• Graduations

• Receptions

• Parties

• Showers

• Meetings

• Seminars

• Weddings

• Etc.

While renting the Community Center you will have access to the kitchen, which includes:

• Microwave
• Refrigerator
• Electric range with oven
• 2 small coffee pots
• 2 large coffee pots

You will need to provide your own:

• Dishes/Plates/Bowls/Cups
• Silverware/Serving utensils
• Dish cloths/Wash cloths/Towels
• Cleaning products

Rules/Guidelines:

• Alcohol is permitted on site with a copy of the additional liability insurance certificate. Contact City Hall for more details.
• No tobacco products are permitted in the building.
• All rooms are to be orderly and clean before leaving.
• Sweep & mop if needed.
• Do not leave any food in the kitchen.
• Do not remove anything from the walls.
• All tables and chairs are to be placed in their original location before leaving.
• Remove all garbage before leaving, including bathroom garbage.
• Do not leave diapers in the bathrooms.
• Turn off all lights before leaving.
• Make sure all doors are locked prior to returning the key to City Hall.
